1. Click & Collect

We currently offer a Click & Collect service for products purchased through our website.

Customers can place and pay for their orders online and collect their products from our premises once notified that their order is ready.

Standard delivery is not currently available through our online checkout.

3. Collection Arrangements

Once your order has been processed and is ready for collection, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout. Collection is available by prior arrangement. Please do not travel to collect your purchase until you receive confirmation that your order is ready.

Estimated collection times will be communicated before purchase where applicable. Unless a different collection timeframe is agreed, we will make your goods available within the period required by law.

If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

4. Collecting Your Order

Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.

For larger products, including trampolines and electric ride-on vehicles, customers should ensure they have suitable transportation and sufficient space.

If you are unsure about the size or weight of an item, please contact us before collection.

5. Delivery and Installation Enquiries

Although standard delivery is not available through our online checkout, delivery or installation options may be discussed individually for climbing frames and other enquiry-based products.

Any available services, associated charges and arrangements will be confirmed before an order is agreed.

We are planning to introduce standard delivery services in the future.
